Services Offered
Clo Wash Laundry provides laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and related services with free pick-up and delivery. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location.

Customer Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete details for pick-up, delivery, and service instructions. Clo Wash Laundry will not be liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
• Item Condition: It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of items before sending them for cleaning. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects, including loose buttons, zippers, or fragile fabrics.
• Special Care Instructions: If any item requires special handling, it is your responsibility to inform us. We will take reasonable care to follow instructions but will not be liable for damages if no special instructions are provided.
  

Service Limitations

• Fabric Care: We follow industry standards for fabric care, but certain fabrics may react unpredictably to cleaning processes. Clo Wash Laundry is not liable for minor shrinkage, color bleeding, or changes in fabric texture.
• Non-Cleanable Items: We reserve the right to refuse items that we deem unsuitable for cleaning due to excessive soiling, hazardous materials, or potential damage.
• Lost or Damaged Items: In the rare case of lost or damaged items, our liability is limited to ten times the cleaning charge of the item in question. We are not responsible for items left uncollected for more than 30 days.

Pick-Up and Delivery

• Timing: We aim to pick up and deliver orders as per the scheduled time. However, unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather, or operational delays may affect this schedule, and Clo Wash Laundry is not liable for such delays.
  
• Missed Pick-Ups/Deliveries: If you are unavailable during the agreed time, you must notify us at least two hours in advance to reschedule. Clo Wash Laundry reserves the right to charge for failed pick-up/delivery attempts caused by customer absence.

Payments

• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and digital payment methods. Late payments may result in a delay of service or additional charges.
• Pricing Changes: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled by notifying us at least two hours before the scheduled pick-up. If the cancellation occurs after the pick-up, no refund will be provided.
• Refund Policy: Refunds will be considered only in the event of lost or severely damaged items. Our maximum liability will not exceed ten times the service charge for the item in question.
  

Limitation of Liability
Clo Wash Laundry strives to provide high-quality services. However, we shall not be held liable for:

• Natural wear and tear during cleaning.
  
• Minor changes in fabric or garments that are inherent to the cleaning process.
  
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control.
  
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
Clo Wash Laundry reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
