Simply choose a convenient time, and we’ll be at your doorstep, free of charge!
What is the turnaround time for laundry services?
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours for most services. Certain items like carpets,
curtains, or delicate fabrics may take a little longer, and we’ll inform you of any extended
timelines.
Drycleaning – 72 hours / 3 days.
Steam Press – 24 hours / 1 day.
What types of fabrics do you handle?
We clean a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, silk, wool, and synthetics. For
delicate items or special fabrics, we use eco-friendly, gentle cleaning methods to ensure
safe care.
Do you offer ironing and starching services?
Yes, we offer both ironing and starching services to give your clothes that crisp, polished
look. You can add these options when scheduling your pick-up.
How are your prices determined?
Our prices are based on the type of garment and the service requested. For a detailed

Is pick-up and delivery really free?
Yes! Our pick-up and delivery services are completely free (Free for minimum 5 garments),
no matter the size of your order.
How do I make payments?
You can pay through various methods, including cash, card, or digital payments like UPI,
once your clothes are delivered.
What happens if there is an issue with my order?
If there’s an issue with your order, such as a damaged item or a missing piece, please
contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
Do you offer express or same-day service?
Yes, we offer express services for urgent needs at an additional charge. Just let us know
your time frame when scheduling the pick-up, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
